Book club to discuss "The Big Over Easy" by Jasper Fforde on Monday, November 22 at 7 p.m.

The club meets at Borders at 119th & Metcalf. Everyone is welcome to attend. Learn more about the Kansas City SF&F Literati book club on Facebook.

There will no book club meeting in December. Meetings will resume January 24 with "Grunts" by Mary Gentle at a new location to be announced.

KaCSFFS Thanksgiving Potluck, Saturday, Nov. 20. RSVP ASAP!

The KaCSFFS Thanksgiving Potluck will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, at The Writers Place.

Agenda:

• 5 pm - Setup
• 6 pm - Very short club meeting
• 6:30 PM - Dinner

If you plan to attend the Thanksgiving Potluck, please RSVP to Diana via the KAXFEN email group. Let her know the following:

• If you are coming
• How many people are in your party
• What you are bringing

Please bring:

• A dish to share
• Your own place settings (plates, silverware, cups)
• Your own beverages
• Folding tables and chairs to supplement those available at The Writers Place (optional)
• A small centerpiece to decorate your table (optional)

There will also be a door prize drawing to benefit the PODPEOPLE equipment fund.
