Annual Picnic!

Our annual picnic will be held on Saturday, June 17, at 6:30 PM.

This event is also a big thank you to all of the folks who work hard to make ConQuesT a success.

We'll have someone cooking on the grill, and everyone's encouraged to bring food and/or drinks to share.

May Meeting

 This month, our meeting will be held on Saturday, May 20, at 7:00 PM

Our program this month will be a reading from local author Orrin Grey. Orrin is the author of

several spooky books, among them Guignol & Other Sardonic Tales and Painted Monsters &

Other Strange Beasts, both available from Word Horde.

April Meeting

 We'll be holding our April meeting on Saturday, 4/15, at 7:00 PM.

Elections will be held!  We're still looking for someone to run for Director, as well as treasurer, and programming.  You must have your dues paid up for 2023 in order to vote or stand for election.

This month's program will be a reading by our own Rosemary Williams!

March Meeting

February Meeting

 We'll be holding our February meeting on Saturday, 2/18, at 6:30 PM.  This month, we'll be having our annual Chili Cookoff.  Please note the time, we're moving it to 6:30 this month, since this one has food, and you won't have to rush to eat before the meeting!

If you are making chili for the cookoff, please bring it hot, to save time.  Also, anyone who would like to is invited to bring items to add to the chili.

It's been suggested that muffin tins would make handy chili-tasting plates, if you'd like to bring one of those.

January Meeting

 We'll be holding our January meeting on Saturday, January 21, at 7:00 PM. Please note the new time, we're moving it back half an hour to give people more time to eat before coming to the meeting.

Our program this month is our traditional annual review of SF&F television shows, hosted by Carol and Rosemary. We may also have a local author reading for us.

KaCSFFS Holiday Party

The December KaCSFFS meeting will be held on 12/17, at 6:30 PM.

KaCSFFS Thanksgiving Potluck

 The November KaCSFFS meeting will be held on 11/19, at 6:30 PM.  We've got big plans this month, so you won't want to miss out!

This month's meeting will be a Thanksgiving potluck.  One family has generously offered to bring a turkey, so please bring whatever sides, desserts, and/or vegetarian/vegan protein options you would like.

We'll be voting on increasing dues from $36 to $48 per year (because our storage costs keep going up).

KaCSFFS October General Meeting

The October KaCSFFS meeting will be held on 10/15, at 6:30 PM.

There's room both indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather.  Chairs are limited outdoors, so please bring your own if possible.

Program Update - The October meeting will be a Halloween party, wear your costume if you have one.  We may have a contest if we can come up with a prize!  Bring Halloween related snacks if you like.

Also, we may have some spooky readings.

KaCSFFS September General Meeting

We'll be holding our September meeting on Saturday, September 17 at 6:30 PM.

Once again this month, we'll be meeting in person. We'll be meeting in a front yard, which should be accessible to all. Chairs are limited, so please bring your own if possible.
